Essential Amino Acids

EAAs are the nine amino acids your body can’t make on its own. They’re the building blocks required for muscle protein synthesis and repair.

Does it really work?

Yes. EAAs stimulate muscle protein synthesis and improve recovery, especially when taken around exercise. They’re more effective than BCAAs alone, since all nine are needed for muscle growth.

Can I get enough in real food?

Yes. Any high-quality protein source (meat, dairy, eggs, soy, quinoa) provides all essential amino acids.

Do I need a supplement for everyday health?

No, not if you eat enough protein. EAAs are most useful if you want the benefits of protein without the extra calories of a shake, or during fasting/low-protein windows.
