Peanut Butter Yogurt Bowl


Rich, creamy, and satisfying — this Greek yogurt bowl comes together in 5 minutes with a warm peanut butter swirl, banana, and granola. Real food for real families.


Makes 1 serving


Ingredients


¾ cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons peanut butter powder

½ banana, sliced

¼ cup granola

1 tablespoon peanut butter, for drizzling

1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey, optional


Instructions


1. Stir the peanut butter powder into the Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.

2. Spoon the yogurt mixture into a bowl and top with the sliced banana and granola.

3. Warm the peanut butter for a few seconds until thin enough to drizzle, then drizzle it over the top. Add a little maple syrup or honey if desired.

Tip
